This is a real jewel. For those who don’t know about Reveley Lodge, it was bequeathed to Bushey Museum about 10 years ago, since then a huge amount of work has been done to restore it to its Victorian/Edwardian days, and the gardens too. The vegetable garden is now organic, and there is a beautiful little rose garden, a small formal garden with beds for herbs, medicinal plants, etc. The house is not yet open (lots more work needed. Absolutely ideal for artists, for anyone interested in plants, or just for taking a guest if you don’t know what else to do with them!
