OXHEY PARK OUTDOOR GYM – LEARN HOW TO USE THE EQUIPMENT

A qualified coach will be running sessions at the new outdoor gym in Oxhey Park during June so that people can learn how to use the equipment. These will be on Tuesdays from 6.30 until 7.30pm and Thursdays from 9.30 until 10.30am. The last session will be on the 26th June. OXHEY OPEN GARDENS – 28th/ 29th JUNE

Oxhey Open Gardens is an annual event, showcasing creative, inspiring village gardens to enthusiastic gardeners and visitors.  The organisers will be celebrating 20 years of Oxhey Open Gardens this year. On Saturday 28th June the start point will be 55 Oxhey Avenue. On Sunday 29th June it will be 48 Villiers Road. The gardens will be open from 2.30-6.30pm on both days and all proceeds will go to Peace Hospice Care.  You can visit on either or both days for just £5. WATFORD SKY RIDES

Organised by British Cycling and Sky, in partnership with Watford Council, Sky Ride Local offers local people the chance to join organise, guided rides of varying distances and difficulties. These rides are guided by friendly British Cycling ride leaders, along scenic planned routes. This Sunday (8th June) there will be rides leaving at 10am from Watford Rugby Club on Radlett Road and from 2pm from Meridan Community Centre on Garsmouth Way.
