    The interesting thing is that they must have got the green light on the road issues. Presumably the supermarket is still Waitrose. I think that will be popular in Bushey and Oxhey. The restoration of Frogmore House and the garden will hopefully happen. it might be a catalyst alongside the 75 flats for an improved Lower high street (tree planting from the Arches to Lower high street station would soften the ugly street facades. There should be an associated plan to link Frogmore house, The Pump House and High Street station/Museum with improved footways and cycleways and improved public realm. Tree planting is cheap and effective way to improve the area. But what about the Lower High Street as an Urban sculpture park?
