Here are all the details if you’d like a stall at this years Summer Fayre…
The OVEG Summer Fayre is now in its 43rd year and will take place on the 9th June from 1pm – 5pm on Oxhey Green.
We would love you to join us again this year for a day of fun, food and fundraising for local causes.
Prices this year have been held as last three years and, as such we are requesting that all stall holders donate a prize for our raffle/tombola. Please could you let me know your contribution? Please either drop your prize off at 4 Watford Heath WD19 4EU, or hand it in to the OVEG tent on the morning of the Fayre. All contributions will be hugely appreciated.
Prices are as follows per stall. For those with a gazebo, this should be no larger than 3m wide by 3m deep;
Space is at a premium so please do book early. Please complete the web-form which you can find here or at https://goo.gl/forms/fX7952SRu9l65H5j2 and then send payment CHEQUE OR CASH (hand deliver cash only) to the address below with an indication of who you are or pay by bank transfer using the details below:

Please use you name as submitted in the stall submission form as the reference
Please return to me no later than 30/04/2018 and I will confirm your space number upon receipt of the completed web form, and payment (excluding commercial pitches) two weeks before the 9th June. We will endeavour to allocate your desired stall position but this may not always be possible particularly if you plan to use a generator. Please note that once your stall position has been allocated this cannot be changed. Each stall position will be marked with a number on the field and must be respected
Stallholders will need to set up from 10 until 12. No cars will be permitted on the green after 12). Please note that a strict no parking policy along Hensby Mews will be in operation for health and safety reasons.
To try and offer visitors a variety of products, we would welcome and encourage you to be as creative as possible with what you sell on your table. Unfortunately we are unable to provide electricity, but you may bring your own generator. Please indicate this on the web form.
The fayre does book up quickly so spaces are on a first come first served basis, and a selection process may take place to ensure variety. If you wish to hire one of our OVEG tables, they will be available on the day on a first come first serve basis and at a cost of £5 per table-payable on the day of the fayre.
